Data Quality Codes
There are two reports related to the data quality codes on Grabdata2 website ---
· “Data Quality Code Listed by Station Types”
· “Data Quality Code List”
These two reports can help to find the existing data quality codes for new of existing stations. If you want to add any new data quality codes, please tell Eyasco personnel to add it.
The quality code is very important for getting BC data or Cal/Val data separately from one data set. We have created a few stored procedures in SQL database to realize it and will add this NEW functionality to Grabdata2 website later.
Currently, what we need to do is change all “No QCode” quality flag to “Approved” when the data looks good.
In the following example, I copied and pasted the start date and the end date into ‘Quality Start’ and ‘Quality End’, selected ‘No QCode’ in ‘Replace’ dropdown list and then picked ‘Approved --- User’ in ‘With’ dropdown list.
